Researcher / Producer's Assistant

A small Toronto based Production Company has recently begun development on a financed documentary. We are
currently looking for a researcher/producers assistant that has a strong knowledge and passion for character
driven story’s, human ecology, fresh water sustainment and geographic / historical knowledge of Canada.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
-Passion for character driven documentary films.
-Strong knowledge of current issues including: fresh water, social justice, Canadian geographical and historical environment as well as human ecology
-Strong understanding of story
- Candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented. Highly skilled with problem solving, time-management, and working under tight timelines.
- Film or Television education and experience a must.

**This is a temporary starting position that could expand to a greater role. Company has numerous key positions
opening up as we move closer to production.
