REEL CANADA is a small charitable organization with a very small staff, and a start-up atmosphere. The General Manager/Director of Operations will be a full-time senior position reporting to the Executive and Artistic Directors. He/she will have an opportunity to influence organizational structure, program delivery and growth/outreach strategies in collaboration with staff and Directors, while overseeing and managing every aspect of our full range of activities. Start date for the position is end of summer 2011, exact dates negotiable.
