Director Wanted

Workman Arts and the Rendezvous with Madness Film Festival are seeking an experienced documentary director/producer with a specialization in character profile and short film for a 6 – 8 week instructor position.  Working with approx 10 emerging filmmakers, the instructor will be responsible for introducing approaches to character profile, working through a documentary pre-production process with participants, and mentoring them through the first steps of production.  This is the first part of a two part course designed to successfully develop a series of short documentaries for the 2012 Rendezvous with Madness Film Festival.   Compensation will be $40/hr
approx. 3 hrs a week from the end of January through March, 2012 to be confirmed upon the presentation of an approved course outline.
