Bigfoot’s Reflection is a modern psychological and ecological exploration of the giant ape-man legend of North America from the perspective of those who choose to study it and guard its wild habitat. The hour long POV documentary examines the struggles of the few influential scientists (John Bindernagal, Robert Pyle), researchers (John Green, Bill Miller, John Kirk lll, Tomas Steenburg, Richard Noll) and Native American guide (Mel Skahan) who have committed themselves to this puzzling legend – even in the face of ridicule, they strive to bring humanity and a scientific method to the pursuit of this elusive creature. The film also examines their unwavering conviction that this mysterious being is part of our very own humanity and thus worthy of respect in both nature and human knowledge. 
Bigfoot’s Reflection pores over the principal evidence of the last fifty years and enquires why these researchers and adventurers have been made into social pariahs and scientific outsiders who do not fit into science’s so-called normal thinking or legitimacy. Shot in high definition, the film follows them into the Pacific rain forests in their quest for possibilities… and answers. Plunging into those cold, rugged and dark places where the final proof continues to elude them. A place where few hazard to even venture. Can it be said that the creature they seek lives within them too?
