Myths for Profit screens in Vancouver

Cinema Politica is screening Amy Miller's Myths for Profit: Canada's Role in Industries of War and Peace on September 16 at the Vancouver Public Library in Vancouver, BC. Cinema Politica is a Montreal-based non-profit network of community and campus locals that screen independent political films by donation throughout Canada and abroad. Other documentary screenings taking place during the first two weeks of September include: Fanny Armstrong's The Age of Stupid, in Chicoutimi, Quebec on September 8; Rob Stewart's Sharkwater at the University of Regina on September 9; Þorfinnur Guðnason & Andri Snær Magnason's Dreamland at Mount Allison University in Sackville, Nova Scotia on September 13.
